Owner Distributions

Once tenant rent has been received and cleared, AURU initiates the owner’s distribution the following business day.

Actual receipt of funds may also depend on financial institutions, payment processors, weekends, holidays, account information, or circumstances outside AURU’s direct control.

Applicable accounting and distribution procedures may also be governed by the property management agreement.
